Powering Public Education.
The Public Education Foundation is a not for profit organisation dedicated to providing life changing scholarships to young people in public education, as well as their teachers and principals.
The Foundation does great work on limited resources, managing thousands of relationships and hundreds of scholarships with a small but highly experienced team. Recently, the Foundation engaged Red Bean Republic to design and develop a new web and mobile presence, which would help engage an audience that was increasingly mobile. At the same time, Red Bean Republic integrated a new customer relationship management – or CRM – system. The combination helped the Foundation manage all events, emails, newsletters, donations, awards and scholarships.
The end result is a platform which dramatically increases the efficiency of the Foundation, allowing all online interactions and customer contacts to be managed in a much more efficient way. It’s early days, but the signs are that this new platform will help the Foundation expand the inspiring work.
