Regional Australia Institute.

The Regional Australia Institute exists to help regions understand and capitalise on their potential, and to share with Australian’s the fact that our regions are vibrant, adaptable and integral to our future.

Red Bean Republic was engaged by the Regional Australia Institute (RAI) to plan, produce and implement an integrated marketing campaign for the organisation. The purpose was to improve awareness, engagement and support with the Australian public (metropolitan and regional) as well as state and federal politicians and media.

The campaign kick off included a total overhaul and relaunch of the RAI website and social media channels making information more accessible and encouraging supporter sign ups and online interaction.

Red Bean Republic implemented a PR campaign to launch the RAI rebrand in conjunction with the [In]Sight tool – the nations first online index and interactive map tracking the competitiveness of Australia’s Local Government Areas and Regional Development Areas. A series of educational and promotional online videos were produced as well as an eDM strategy and design.

The RAI Corporate identity was completely overhauled with the entire suite of corporate documents rebranded and redesigned.

Event marketing collateral and print advertising were designed for a series of ongoing facilitated Community Consultations and Round Table events held in various towns and regions across the nation. Red Bean Republic project managed and facilitated the events, reporting on the outcomes through a series of post-event reports and videos.
