The Walkley Foundation.
The Walkley Foundation’s core mission is to foster excellence in journalism and support a robust and independent media, which deepens and enriches democracy and lies at the heart of a free society.
Red Bean Republic worked with The Walkley Foundation to improve their online presence and refresh their image with their key audience and stakeholders. The Foundation were in need of a website overhaul, presenting more relevant up-to-date content and a dynamic digital presence to showcase and manage their prestigious awards program, award archives, events, industry partnerships as well as up-to-date news, photography, cartoons and stories from Australia’s leading journalists.
Red Bean developed refreshed brand guidelines to be employed across all methods of internal and external communications. We designed, developed and delivered a new and dynamic digital platform integrating a mobile-friendly responsive website, social media, a suite of eDM templates and a centralised database using a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platform allowing segmented communications with the Foundations’ various stakeholder groups.
Red Bean’s digital solution has enabled The Walkley Foundation to consolidate all customer interactions, including emails, industry events & training and award entries. All staff are now able to easily maintain and update the site via a custom CMS (Content Management System) and CRM database without relying on any additional third party products. What was once a cumbersome online experience for staff and visitors to the website is now a streamlined and socially interactive experience that accurately reflects the professionalism and excellence the Foundation promotes and strives for.
